PLEASE NOTE:
The waterfall at the villa is currently not working until further notice. As is the case in any popular area, there is new construction starting up near Balance - the site is approximately 200 to 300 yards downhill and across the valley from this property. Other construction continues in the Fish Bay area and as such, please be aware that at times there may be noise from homes under construction and from some trucks traveling up and down the roads. Please inquire should you want further information.
